References to new construction and remodeling describe roofing services within that scope. You can check our current license record.
1. Website information and preliminary estimates
Our service descriptions, material images, and calculator help you explore roofing options. They are general information, not an inspection of your property or a binding offer to perform work at a stated price.
Calculator results depend on the measurements and selections entered. Final pricing depends on verified roof area, materials, roof condition, slope, access, removal, decking repairs, permits, and the confirmed scope. A preliminary total may not include every item your project needs. Confirm inclusions and exclusions in a written estimate.
2. Free inspection and estimate requests
Submitting a form, calling, or using the calculator does not authorize construction, require you to purchase services, or guarantee an appointment. There is no charge to submit an inquiry. We confirm inspection availability and safe access with you before scheduling. Any separately requested testing or additional work must be explained and approved before a charge is incurred.
Inspection observations are limited by access, visibility, and conditions at the time. Concealed conditions may require further investigation. Do not climb onto a roof to take measurements or photographs for this website. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact emergency services; our inquiry form is not an emergency-response channel.
3. Written project agreements and payments
Roofing work is governed by a separate written agreement describing the proposed scope, materials, price, payment schedule, permit responsibilities, anticipated timing, and applicable notices. Review that agreement before authorizing work. Changes to the agreed scope or price must be documented and approved in writing as required by law.
Payment obligations, any deposit, and cancellation rights are addressed in your project agreement and applicable California law. This website does not collect payment or establish a financing plan. Website terms do not replace a required home-improvement contract, change an existing signed agreement, or reduce statutory cancellation or other consumer rights.
4. Scheduling and service areas
ProRoof is based in South San Francisco and welcomes roofing inquiries throughout California. Availability, travel requirements, and project suitability are confirmed individually. A listed city does not imply a local office. Weather, safe access, material availability, permits, and site conditions can affect scheduling; project-specific timing belongs in your written agreement.
5. Materials, warranties, and insurance information
Images labeled illustrative are visualizations, not completed project photographs or exact product samples. Gallery photos and videos show roofing details and stages of work; they do not establish a final inspection, approval, or warranty. Confirm colors, product specifications, and suitability before selecting materials.
Where a project includes our advertised 5-year workmanship warranty, the covered work, start date, exclusions, and claim process will be documented in the project agreement. Repairs and overlays may have different written terms. Manufacturer warranties are separate and depend on the product and manufacturer’s requirements. These website terms do not limit a warranty or remedy provided by your agreement or applicable law.
For storm-related work, roofing observations and repair estimates do not determine insurance coverage. Your insurer determines coverage, claim approval, and reimbursement under your policy. We do not guarantee an insurance payment.
6. Accurate requests and responsible website use
Please provide accurate contact and project information and submit only information you are authorized to share. You do not need to own a property to ask a general question; authorization for access or work must be confirmed before it occurs.
Do not submit spam, harmful code, impersonated requests, or material that violates another person’s rights, and do not attempt to disrupt the website or access information without permission. You may view and save website information to evaluate a roofing project. Do not present ProRoof branding or content as your own or imply an endorsement without permission. This does not restrict lawful reviews or other rights provided by law.
7. Privacy, communications, and outside services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiry information, service-provider processing, and privacy requests. Providing contact details allows our team to respond to your request; it does not, by itself, authorize automated promotional calls or texts. Tell us your preferred contact method.

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and date here. Updates do not retroactively change a signed project agreement. California law and applicable federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or prevents you from contacting CSLB or another appropriate agency.
